I have spoken to the hotel.  Cheques CAN be used but must be sent in at least 14 days in advance.  They do not accept them on arrival or departure.  This is to allow for full clearance.  Debit / Credit cards for phone bookings.  MUST stress 60s16ers to avoid being told it is full.  I did speak to Nicky about the lack of communication at reception. 

 

Lift is ok for wheelchairs.  It was a sensor problem now fixed. 

 

Drinks promotion is in place for the Saturday / Sunday 2 pints for £5.  (Beer, cider, soft drinks (draft - not bottled mixers)).
