FUNERAL OF TREVOR DAVIES
The funeral of Trev Davies was attended by Sue & Gordon, Hazel & Ted H, Iain Haldane, (poor Rita was full of cold), Jim Brookes, Bill & Fil Jack, Tom Watt & Ann..
The service held at Ayr Crematorium was a humanist service, which, as we heard the story of Trev's life, seemed very appropriate. It was a very simple and moving service which celebrated his life.
The flowers from the Reunion Club were done in Corps colours and were much appreciated by his family. On the evening before the funeral we all met with Trev's younger daughter Angela and her husband Paul. It was a light hearted evening with many stories about Trev which Angela enjoyed immensely and told us that it gave her a greater insight to her Dad's younger life.
