The Funeral of Eric Firth took place on Tuesday 5^th June 07 and was attended by Reme & Sue, Ian Buckley, Bruce Graham, Myself (Syd) and three members from our local Branch.

 

Bruce was the standard bearer for when the coffin and the Family entered; this according to the Family added a special touch to Eric’s Funeral.

 

The Service was very good and the Vicar read out a piece celebrating Eric’s life. Not only was he well travelled, he was also well versed and he had hidden talents.

 

Afterwards at the reception, the Family asked me to pass on their thanks to all the members for the lovely Wreath and as you can see from the picture it had the Corp colours with our emblem in the middle.
